Arnold - Loft Conversion

This client came to us with drawings and planning permission already granted. They were keen to keep the original features of the property so wanted the staircase matched and the roof to be clad in reclaimed slate.

Originally the design showed the loft space divided up into two smaller box rooms, but once we had built the dormers and had some temporary flooring down, it was evident that a single bedroom was going to be a much better use of the space. so we built a master bedroom and a separate shower room on the 3rd floor.

All doors were changed for fire doors. and skirting and architrave was matched up to the existing, which was bespoke made.
